Dr. Thura is a highly qualified medical professional who graduated in 2007. He embarked on a dual fellowship training journey in Endocrinology and General Medicine in Western Australia. He holds prestigious Fellowships from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (FRCP).
During his specialist training, Dr. Thura achieved Membership qualifications and MRCP (Endocrinology and Diabetes) from the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Currently, he serves as a Consultant Endocrinologist and Acute Care Physician at both Royal Perth Hospital and Rockingham General Hospital.
Dr. Thura is dedicated to providing outpatient specialist consultations and crafting individualized holistic treatment plans for patients with endocrine-related conditions. With extensive experience in general endocrinology and diabetes management, Dr. Thura is also passionate about teaching physician trainees and junior doctors.
He specialises in:
